        ◆   From June 8 - July 2, went 2-0 with a 1.42 ERA (31.2 IP - 5 ER) with 43 strikeouts across five starts...Logged five
          straight starts with 8+ strikeouts and two-or-fewer runs allowed...The only other player in Angels history with
          such a streak was Nolan Ryan (seven games; his final three games in 1972 and first four in 1973).

          Duran, Kole Calhoun and Charlie Culberson on nine pitches...Joined Nolan Ryan (July 9, 1972 vs. Boston) and
          Garrett Richards (June 4, 2014 at Houston) as only Halos pitchers to accomplish the feat...Also set a career high
          in that game with 12 strikeouts.
        ◆   Among A.L. rookies (min. 100 IP), ranked second in opponent batting average, third in ERA, strikeouts and WHIP
          (1.21) and tied for third in wins.
        ◆   Did not allow a home run in 17 of 25 starts...Held opponents homerless through final 39.0 innings of season and
          yielded just two HR in final 71.0 innings pitched.
        ◆   Made five starts in day games, going 3-1 with a 2.30 ERA (27.1 IP - 7 ER) and 28 strikeouts.

        ◆   Was Opening Day starter in Trash Pandas inaugural game, May 5 at Chattanooga.
        ◆   Set minor league career high with 16 strikeouts June 26 at Chattanooga across 6.0 innings pitched...The 16
          strikeouts were the highest single game total for any Angels minor leaguer since at least 2006 and were the most
          for any Double-A pitcher since Jesse Biddle had 16 SO on April 22, 2013 for Reading (PHI).
        ◆   Totaled 12 games for Rocket City before moving to Triple-A July 22...At time of his promotion, his 97 strikeouts
          led Double-A South and were the most among all Angels farmhands.
        ◆   Had one start for Salt Lake and tossed 6.0 scoreless innings vs. Las Vegas before Major League call-up.
        ◆   Made Major League debut with Angels with start on Aug. 1 vs. Oakland.
        ◆   Earned first career Major League win Aug. 15 vs. Houston after tossing 6.0 innings and allowing one earned run
          on three hits with two walks and six strikeouts; marked first career quality start.
        ◆   Missed 25 games on injured list from Aug. 25 - Sept. 23...Was optioned to Salt Lake following return from IL and
          made one start for Bees before returning to Majors to start Angels final game of regular season.
