      2021

        since 2019 due to his recovery from 2020 colon cancer surgery.

      ◆  Became the seventh Oriole to hit 20 home runs during his rookie season (last, Cal Ripken Jr., 28 in 1982).
      ◆  Became the first Oriole in club history to homer five times in his first 10 career games and joined Curt Blefray (10
        in 1965) as the only Oriole with 10-or-more RBI in his first 10 career games.
      ◆  Hit a pinch-hit, game-tying, two-run home run in the ninth inning and walk-off, three-run home run in the 11th
        inning June 7 vs. PIT. Became the second rookie in MLB history to hit a game-tying homer in the ninth inning-or-

      ◆  Contract selected by Baltimore on Sept. 18 and made Major League debut with Orioles on Sept. 20...Homered
        off Red Sox LHP Eduardo Rodríguez for his first MLB hit.
      ◆  According to STATS, became the ninth player in Orioles history to homer for his first Major League hit (last, Nick
        Markakis, April 5, 2006). Became the third Oriole to hit a home run in his debut.
      ◆  Homered in each of his first three Major League starts, and became the third player in Major League history
        (since 1913) to do so.
